And so sadly, it ends..... - 2009/01/29 20:41
A most sad farewell to the fun and friendship at Bowling Green.
Under the tutelage of an accomplished videographer, tandem master, pilot and many other diverse talents unknown to many, we jumped and we partied. And while I must admit the business aspect of operating the drop zone was less than stellar, I never ceased to be amazed by Paul's love of skydiving. Joanna's contribution was no less important and her never ending diligence in keeping her partner in line was fun to watch..,I know they are disappointed.
Once again the GOON SQUAD is orphaned and begins the search for a new home..., but like the Phoenix rising we know our duty. As we have done for many years we still crave the thrills of the skies while chasing each other thru them..., we are The GOON SQUAD and that's what we do. We love to skydive..., and we will.
I'm certain there will be the bluest of skies ahead..we plan to be in them looking for you, and you, and you all.
